Cookie notice

This notice explains how PropIntel uses cookies and similar browser storage.

Effective 22 June 2026

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Their exact use can vary according to the features you access.

01Essential storage

Essential cookies or browser storage may be used for sign in, account security, session continuity, routing and preferences required for a feature you request. The service may not work correctly if these are blocked.

02Measurement

PropIntel may use privacy conscious measurement to understand page performance and general product usage. Non essential measurement will be introduced only with an appropriate notice and consent control where required.

03Preferences

Browser storage can remember choices such as interface settings or dismissed notices so the service behaves consistently on your next visit.

04Third party services

Some features rely on providers such as hosting, authentication or payments. Their technology may set essential cookies when you use the relevant feature. Their own notices explain their processing.

05Your controls

You can remove or block cookies through your browser. You can also use any consent control shown on the site for optional categories. Removing essential storage can sign you out or reset saved preferences.
