Privacy notice

This notice explains the personal information PropIntel handles when you visit, register or use the service.

Effective 22 June 2026

PropIntel determines how personal information is used for the website and its own product services. Organisations using PropIntel remain responsible for information they control and upload.

01Information you provide

This can include your name, work details, contact information, account preferences, support messages and the property information or documents you choose to submit.

02Technical information

When you use the service, hosting and security systems may record device, browser, network, sign in and usage information needed to operate, protect and diagnose the service.

03How information is used

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, deliver requested features, provide support, communicate service information, prevent misuse and improve reliability. Optional marketing is sent only where there is an appropriate basis.

04Legal basis

Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure service, or act on your consent.

05Service providers

Selected providers may process information for hosting, authentication, communications, monitoring and payment services. They are permitted to use it only for the contracted service and must protect it appropriately. We do not sell personal information.

06Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, security, disputes and legal obligations. We use technical and organisational controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.

07Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

08Contact and complaints

Send privacy requests to privacy@propintel.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner.
